Can DNA help explain why people learn differently? In this engaging Zoom presentation\, Robert Plomin will discuss the revolutionary findings emerging from behavioural genetics and cognitive research. Drawing on decades of evidence from twin studies and genomic science\, he is likely to explore the genetic foundations of cognition\, educational attainment and personality. Professor Plomin argues that inherited differences play a far larger role in human development than many people realise\, while chance experiences may matter more than shared family environment.
