contract for transfer of goods

“contract for transfer of goods“ is a contract to supply goods¹ if under it the trader transfers or agrees to transfer ownership of the goods to the consumer¹ and

• the consumer¹ provides or agrees to provide consideration otherwise than by paying a price, or
• the contract is, for any other reason, not a sales contract or a hire-purchase agreement.
