This Act was published relatively recently (2015), so it might be assumed that it is well written, using modern English. And much of it is well written. However, our main concern is with its structure. There are many references to other sections such that reading the Act becomes very difficult for the reader to understand how the various sections fit together. And after having jumped around between sections, the reader becomes easily confused. Hence, the main objective of the proposed redraft of this Act is to re-sequence the Act’s contents into a more logical order, making the whole Act more easy to understand for the reader.
