Leigh Edwards (Exeter u3a, and former National u3a Science Subject Advisor) looks back at some of the truly amazing discoveries, inventions, and achievements in science and technology over the past 40 years, and also a few speculations about the future, in the light of the latest developments. And along the way, he’ll share some of his own humorous observations on this amazing period of scientific innovation.
