“view,sup>1</sup1>” means to see through one’s own eyes. The view of an activity may use technology set up and operated by the person or an accomplice, including enabling or securing the equipment’s activation by another person without that person’s knowledge (From the Sexual Offences Act, 2003, Section (68)), to create moving images of a scene either concurrently or at a later time.
